We have a large selection of contact lenses in stock. What’s more, we can order additional lenses, if necessary. If Dr. Davidson or Dr. Keltner has given you a prescription for contact lenses in the past 12 months, you can re-order your contact lenses online. ReOrderContacts.com
We have an assortment of difficult contact lens fits and Scleral Lenses. Scleral Contact lenses are used for Keratoconus and Irregular Corneas
Spherical Soft CL - corrects for nearsightedness, farsightedness, and mono-vision (one eye focused for distance vision and the other eye for reading vision).
We recommend that most contact lenses be replaced daily, or every 2 weeks, for optimum eye health. Although some lenses are available that can be replaced less often, on either a monthly or quarterly basis.
Toric Soft CL - corrects for astigmatism. With astigmatism, the power of the contact must be aligned with the power of the eye or else the vision will become blurry. The toric lenses are designed so that they do not rotate or spin on the eye, therefore keeping the vision clear.
Bifocal Soft CL - Distance vision and reading vision in one contact lens
Colored CL - CLs to change the color of your eyes, can be a tinted lens to create subtle color changes for light colored eyes, or the opaque colored lenses to change the color of dark eyes.
Gas Permeable CL - Custom designed rigid gas permeable lenses are designed to give clear, crisp vision. These lenses can sometimes slow the progression of myopia in children and teenagers.
Medical CL Fitting - Developed for people who have corneal conditions that prevent them from seeing clearly with glasses, alone. Some of these eye conditions can include keratoconus (bulging of the cornea), traumatic injury to the cornea and iris, and cornea transplants.
Depending on the condition, we can use any of the following diagnostic lenses that we have in the office:
- Rigid Gas Permeable contact lenses
- Synergeyes, a hybrid hard contact lens in the center with a soft contact lens fused on the outside
- Jupiter Scleral contact lenses, a large diameter rigid gas permeable contact lens
- Painted Iris soft contact lenses to mask a disfigured cornea/iris.
